Delete your data
FileLens has no accounts and never uploads your files. Everything it stores — the Recent list, previews, optional file copies and settings — stays on your phone.
On your device
- In the app: Settings → Clear history and cache removes recent files, previews and saved copies.
- Or: Android Settings → Apps → FileLens → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
Analytics data
Anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase) are linked only to a random app instance ID and are deleted automatically after 14 months. To ask for earlier deletion, e-mail [email protected] with the subject “FileLens data deletion”. We answer within 30 days.
